Personal Support
Personal Support services provide assistance to adults who live with their families, as well as adults who live independently. These services are ongoing and are delivered according to the individual’s support plan. Recreational outings, assistance with personal care, money management and employment are among the services offered to adults through in-home support services. In addition, we advocate for the community and help people live as independently as possible.
Transportation & Mentoring
Transportation specialized curb-to-curb service for people with disabilities. Rides entails to a doctor's office, visit family, personal outing and/or shopping trip. All drivers will provide assistance with entry and exit of the vehicle. We provide daily transportation services.
Residential Living
We will offer private residential group homes for individuals.
Residential
1. An individual may stay with approval from DDA and comply with program rules and regulations.
2. The individual must be 21 & older. Residential supportive hours 24 hours 7 days a week. We will provide 1:1 staff to approved individuals.
3. A nutritionist will be provided to those individuals that suffer from eating disorders, weight management, and/or assist with ongoing or preventive medical/mental disorders to promote healthier living.
4. Onsite access to grooming services so that individuals would look and feel presentable.
5. Onsite access to technology will be provided once approved. Tablets for each individual to help stay calm while playing games and listening to music which can be used as an extremely effective stress tool. The tablets offer a variety of drawings, coloring and Art which can positively affect mood, function, behavior and cognition.
7. A contracted Culinary Arts person will be provided to help help teach the individuals the fundamentals in cooking.
